Detectable Tape

Easily identify the location of buried pipes by using a metal detector. Brightly colored metal tape can be identified by sight or via metal detector.

• 5 mil thick tape, 1000’ per roll
• Contains a solid aluminum foil core
• Meets APWA standards
• 3″ tape recommended at depths less than 24″
• 6″ tape recommended at depths greater than 24″

Non-Detectable Tape

Create a visual barrier when digging for a buried pipe. Boldly colored tape is easily visible when uncovered.

• 4 mil thick tape, 1000’ per roll
• Contains no lead (organic material)
• Meets APWA standards
